Speed, clarity and a single obvious next step matter more than another redesign.

Before you redesign, measure. Most sites lose people in three places: a slow first load, a hero that does not say what the business does, and a form that asks for too much too early.

Every second of load time on mobile is measurable revenue. Compress images, defer anything below the fold, and stop shipping fonts and scripts you do not use.

Give each page one primary action. A page with five equally weighted buttons has no call to action at all.

Then test copy before layout. Rewriting a headline is a day of work; rebuilding a site is a quarter.
